If you encounter any issues with your account within 4 hours of purchase, you can receive an immediate replacement by creating a ticket in our Discord server. Please make sure to provide proof of the issue when submitting your ticket.

Full Access (FA)
You receive the account’s registered email, password, and recovery details (phone, backup email, etc.).
You can change the email and recovery info to your own.
The account becomes fully yours, so the original owner has little to no chance of taking it back.
Safer and recommended for long-term use.
Not Full Access (NFA)
You only receive the login info (username + password).
You cannot change the email or recovery info.
The original owner can potentially take the account back.
Usually cheaper, but riskier.
